This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and tapmapapp.org (“Licensors”), collectively referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our.” By downloading, accessing, or using the Tap Map iOS application (the “Tap Map App”), you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Tap Map App for personal, non-commercial purposes on any Apple device that you own or control, subject to the App Store Terms of Service.

2. Ownership

The Tap Map App and its content, features, and functionality are owned by tapmapapp.org. All rights not expressly granted under this Agreement are reserved by us.

3. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on the Tap Map App.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Tap Map App.
  • Use the Tap Map App in a manner that violates any applicable laws or regulations.

4. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Tap Map App is subject to our Privacy Policy, available at http://tapmapapp.org/privacy.htm, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

5. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue the Tap Map App at any time without prior notice. These updates may also modify this Agreement, and continued use of the Tap Map App constitutes acceptance of any changes.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Tap Map App is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Tap Map App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Tap Map App.

8. Termination

This Agreement will remain in effect until terminated. We may terminate it without notice if you breach any terms. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Tap Map App.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, USA, excluding conflict-of-law principles.
